Shipping & Returns Policy
Orders are delivered as fast as the same day, unless noted otherwise on your order. Delivery beyond the main Orlando boundaries could result in nominal extra delivery charge.

Do to food safety reasons bottled water pallets are non-returnable. Once product is shipped from our facility failure to accept delivery can result in additional delivery charges
Store Policy - Order Pickups
Water pallets weigh between 1,760 to 2,500 pounds each. To pickup full, unwrapped pallets you will need a box truck, semi-trailer or other type of truck with a 48" high loading deck. If you do not have a 48" high loading deck you can hand load a pallet into other vehicle types (that are rated for the weight they will be carrying). The easiest option is to take advantage of our free delivery.
